Through the Fruit of the Spirit: Gentleness (Galatians 5:23)

This sermon looks at what the Bible says about gentleness.  It shows that gentleness is not weakness, but strength under control. Pastor Cameron tells a story about a man who accidentally killed his pet fish with harsh soap.  This story warns us not to use mean criticism or act better than others when we try to help them. In this sermon, it is noted that gentleness has three main parts: Obeying God's will. Staying humble and willing to learn. Thinking about the feelings of others. The pastor talks about how Jesus was humble.  He encourages Christians to stop acting selfish or arguing.  Instead, they should put their community's needs first. In the end, the sermon explains that being gentle is necessary.  It helps people share the Good News of Jesus and keep their relationships healthy.
